Onboarding updates: added new questions to ease onboarding, improve Frank chat responses, and help users connect relevant accounts

Manual Accounts: added the ability to clarify manual account subtypes (categories).

Welcome message: Frank now automatically generates a message when you log in for the first time to kick start the conversation.
