Failure to load conversation
I’m trying to retrieve a past conversation and got the '“failure to load” answer….so it looks like I can’t load past conversations.

Double logins
Have lots of accounts where we have 2 separate logins. Capitalone for instance. Connected one login but when I try to connect the other, it skips asking me for login info and assumes im connected. There was no clear spot to log out. Have a bunch of ccs and accounts like this. Betterment, chase and fidelity but looks like fidelity is not supported.

Chat history should have a title on previous threads instead of "new thread"
See attached. Ideally, the chat history determines a subject line so it’s easier for the user to search.

It says my “balance is under 30%” It’s not clear to me what that means. Under 30% of what? Is it under 30% of my total available credit?

Frank can't see dividend transactions
I asked Frank to show me any cash dividends I’ve received over the past 60 days. I have cash dividends in my transactions list but Frank doesn’t appear to see transactions.

First screen gives user the impression that a bank is not found
once you get to the plaid authenticated screen then searching “citi” does return a positive result. UX is clunky as an uninformed user could think that citi is out of network and choose the “add manual account option. if the first search box is Frank managed, then update the table to include Citi (or CitiBank?) in that initial search. Since Costco is popular, suggest to add “Costco - Citi Card”

Depending on the source of the automated email after a new account is linked, Frank is referenced and sometimes Frank AI is referenced. This could create confusion with the customer. see snips of email messages below.

The thumbs up / thumbs down feature at the end of a response doesn't work
1) Navigated to a previous chat 2) Scrolled to the end of Frank’s response and clicked thumbs up. clicked thumbs down. nothing happened. How bout a little confetti? :)

Credit Card - Big Purchase Monitor
The status copy here is incorrect. The credit utilization of this card is NOT healthy. I haven’t made a large purchase recently, but that’s mostly bc the card is almost at it’s limit.

For manually created Investment Accounts, I’d like to be able to manually add holdings information, ideally through a CSV or some other quick import options so I don’t have to enter tons of data.

Can not edit manually added accounts
I have added tow manual accounts: Fidelity & Coinbase. I was asked for Ticker and Amount of shares to add. When I go to edit the account in setting it only gives me the option to edit the name of the account not the values. I also have the option to “update connection” under settings for manually added accounts which just gives me a plaid error.
