Message history shows the most recent event as the subject which dynamically updates as a new response is created. If a user has multiple threads with the ever changing preview screen the user could get lost in which thread relates to which. maybe add a created/start date , and instead of the last response display a summary of whatever the first post was by the user, or list the first XXX characters that will fit on the screen. I tried to find other websites that have chats that allow multiple live threads for comparison but no luck. share some URLs with me please. in the screenshot below the “now” was actually 12+ minutes ago. Separately, the timestamp of the last response only updates for all messages when a new response is posted. suggestion is to create a job that runs every minute to refresh the timestamp. Third, in the screenshot the “you” represents what?
