Entering numbers into manual accounts

Add manual accounts —> user enters a number. Ideally, the number starts with dollars upon first entering the number. Currently, the cursor is at the end of $0.00…so, when I type 75…it shows $0.0075….instead of 75. This requires the user to shift the cursor to the beginning of the number to type 75.00. Also, when the user types, they should overwrite the $0.00 instead of having to erase those digits.
