When I was onboarding, I'm fairly certain Frank asked for my salary. However, when Frank was telling me what it knew about me, it said my household income was the amount I had entered for my salary. This is incorrect, which is the first problem. The initial question should have asked for HHI, not my salary.
The second problem is that I have no way of updating my HHI - at least on mobile (I haven't tried desktop). Frank said that I should go to my profile info to change it, but I only see the ability to change my address, birthday, etc.
