Mortgage Details

I don’t know if this is a bug. I have my mortgage account connected, but Frank cannot see the details (e.g., interest rate, loan term, remaining balance.). Here’s a screen shot of our convo. This would be frustrating to me as a user if I needed to add this information manually. Also, if I do need to add it manually, will it be saved somewhere so I don’t need to provide it evert time I chat about my mortgage?
