Numbers at the top don't refresh after I refresh an account

When I force refresh an account and the balance changes, I don’t see the changes reflected in the summary data at the top unless I do a full refresh of the page.

The ideal behavior is the numbers at the top refresh after a force refresh of any account (even if the balance doesn’t change)
