Plaid Link not working correctly

I don’t think we’re configured quite correctly with Plaid Link (phone number based “Plaid accounts”).

Each time I go through, I’m being prompted for phone number and SMS code, even within a minute or two. Seems like the session should last longer.

Additionally, I’m being asked for phone number even when it does nothing.

Typically on Monarch, when I put in my phone number, I am then prompted with a list of accounts at that institution already authorized via Plaid. This doesn’t seem to be happening.
