prompts 500 error

i prompted frank “which bank had the best high yield savings account interest rate on aug 25 2025”, the UI status last update of “last pass…” with no further update. i refreshed the browser, then asked the question again, and the chat is now broken. I reauthenticated and prompted the same question. dev tools did not return a network error but there was the same result, Frank stuck on “last pass…”
