Here’s what I did:
1) starting chatting with Frank
2) made the chat window a little bigger by moving the horizontal bar to the right
3) click on the button that makes Frank chat the full screen (third button from left above Frank chat)
4) clicked ‘chat with frank’ button in the bottom right to get back to my normal view with chat on the left and accounts on the right.
Got a weird state (see screenshot). I was able to click on accounts on the left nav to get back to a normal state.
