Frank got stuck on 'last pass'

1) Asked Frank “Should I use savings to payoff debt”
2) It started ‘thinking’ and appears to be caught in a loop. No answer after 30+ seconds. It just says ‘last pass’ and keeps blinking.

    I asked Frank a question and saw the prompts that he was thinking, researching, running checks, etc. but then he never answered my question.
